To order a meal box, please follow these steps:

Click on 'Måltidskasser\" (meal boxes).. Click on the meal box you wish to order, and then click the 'Vælg' (select) button.

Choose the number of people and days, and decide if you would like to add avocados, fruit and/or snack veggies to your order. Then, click 'Næste' (next).

Decide how often you would like the meal box delivered and select the first delivery date.

Before deadline you can both remove and add groceries for the same order.

If you need your order delivered to a different address, simply add a new delivery address to your account. Please note that this new address will be the default for deliveries until you remove it.

View your upcoming deliveries. Choose the delivery associated with the subscription you intend to cancel.

A prompt will appear asking, 'Should the change apply to this delivery only or all deliveries?'. If you wish to cancel the entire subscription, select 'Alle leveringer' (all deliveries).
Your subscription will be cancelled. To cancel additional subscriptions, repeat the same steps for each one.

If multiple items are set for delivery on the same day, choose the specific meal box you want to cancel.
Select 'Redigér vare' (Edit item) followed by 'Slet vare' (Delete item).
Confirm the cancellation by pressing 'Slet' (Delete). (Repeat steps 3 to 5 if you need to cancel additional items.)

If you have canceled a meal box through your delivery overview and later change your mind, you can easily reorder it by following these steps:

You can easily cancel individual meal box deliveries through our app. Please ensure you do so before the deadline.

Open our app.

Select the 'Min side' (my page) menu item
Navigate to 'Leveringer' (deliveries) and tap on the delivery you want to cancel.
Click the small trash bin icon located in the upper right corner.
A dialog box will appear on the screen. If the delivery is part of a subscription, you will have the option to choose 'Kun denne' (only this) to cancel just this one delivery. If the delivery is a standalone order, simply select 'Afbestil' (cancel).
The selected meal box delivery will then be canceled for the chosen date. If you have additional items to cancel, you will need to repeat steps 3, 4, and 5 for each one of them.

Please check the delivery overview or your confirmation email to make sure that everything is in accordance with your wishes.

If you wouldd like to maintain your subscription but pause deliveries, please set up a delivery break.

1) Log in to your page via our website (this cannot be done in the app).
2) Click on 'Leveringspause' (delivery break).
3) Click on 'Tilføj leveringspause' (add delivery break).

4) A calendar will then appear. Click once on the first day of the delivery break as shown below

5) Click once on the last day of the delivery break so that all dates between the first and the last day of the delivery break turn green.

6) Finish by clicking 'Tilføj leveringspause' (add delivery break).

The break is now registrered and visible under 'Leveringspause' (delivery break).

You will not receive any deliveries during this period.

To delete a delivery break, do the following:

1) Log in to your page via the website (this cannot be done in the app).

2) Click on the menu item 'Leveringspause' (delivery break).

3) Tap the waste bin to the right of the delivery break.

4) The delivery break is deleted once the green bar is gone, Check your delivery overview to see your future deliveries and feel free to (re)order any deleted orders

2) Choose a random delivery date as you will receive the gift card by email. The recipient will be able to pick any delivery date of their choice when using the gift card.

3) Click 'Fortsæt til bestilling' (continue to order) - or 'Bekræft køb'(confirm purchase) if you are already logged in on your account. If you are asked to registrer an address please just use your own. The recipient will be able to register the relevant address when using the gift card.

4) After purchasing the gift card you can download it from 'Gavekort' (gift card) on 'Din side' (your account).
