Adding a credit card to your profile

  1. Go to our website and log in to your account.   (Note: This feature is not available in the app)
     
  2. Head to the 'Profil' (profile) section.
     
  3. Scroll to 'Betalingsoplysninger' (payment information), choose 'betalingskort' (card) and press 'Fortsæt' (continue).
     
  4.  Enter your card details, click 'Registrér' (register), and verify using MitID or a text message code. You will be redirected to the 'Betalingsoplysninger' (payment information) section, where the expiry date of your newly registered card will be visible in your profile.
     
  5. Payment will automatically be processed on the first-coming bank day after the delivery.
